Safety is a top priority in the energy industry. Our client required a safety inspection process that enabled fast, accurate and comprehensive reporting. We helped them develop a Progressive Web Application to automate their Safe Card process to ensure optimal compliance.
The Challenge
An energy services company has strict compliance requirements to ensure the safety of their employees in over 20 worksites located in Trinidad and Tobago. Compliance reporting is recorded using a Safe Card, essentially a safety checklist with various information regarding activities observed, department information and other particulars such as location and date. The company was handling the collection and entry of Safe Card data manually in a multi-step process. Their process was time intensive and resource heavy.

We developed a Progressive Web Application (PWA) in ReactJS to provide a digital checklist for safety inspections with functionality such as photo capture and instant notifications in the case of safety hazards to create a dynamic reporting tool.
